How to Install and Operate Winch Mixer
Our Proven 6 Step Process
#1 Check parts before start
Including fittings for mixer drum, single wheel barrow, concrete bucket handle, block frame, etc..
#2 Fix mixer and bucket
Remember to lock the brake first, then fix concrete mixer and concrete bucket by foundation bolt to the ground.
#3 Add fuel & oil
Add fuel and water into engine tank for the first time. Make sure gear and bearings are greased.
#4 Test lifting
Start the key to run the engine, test the brake handle to see if concrete bucket is lifted and stoped.
#5 Start loading&mixing
Load 50kg cement, sand aggregate into hopper at 1:2:3 ratio. Tilt drum after 1-2minutes to pour concrete into bucket.
#6 Conveying concrete
Loose brake to release cable winch, concrete bucket will go up to 5-7 storages as you wish. Tilt concrete into wheel barrow.
